    Why do you take an advance of ₹200 on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders?

    We ask for a small advance of ₹200 to confirm your order and ensure that it’s genuine. This helps us avoid fake or non-serious orders and allows us to serve real customers better. The ₹200 you pay is not extra, it is included in the total price of the product, and the remaining amount is paid at the time of delivery.

    How long does shipping take and can I track my order?

    Shipping usually takes 4-6 business days, depending on your Location. Once your order is shipped, we send you a tracking number so you can follow your package step-by-step. Our logistics team makes sure everything is handled smoothly and on time.
