All sales made by our store are final however we accept exchanges on special cases.
Return Process
To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused & in the same condition that you received it. it must also be in the original packaging. Customer needs to send the products to our business address & within inspection of 1-2 days you will be notified for approval of exchange.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: (Surat,Gujarat).
Quality & Defective Issues
To facilitate a smooth exchange process, we may request an initial unpacking video from start to end. We reserve the right to reject returns if the video is not provided or if the defect is not clearly demonstrated in the video.
